I have recently acquired a bundle of old colour slides which includes images of places in Israel. These slides appear to be commercial copies of originals and were supplied originally by City Lord P.O.Box 18040 Jerusalem and Holyviews Ltd P.O.Box 2497 Jerusalem. Does any member of this Forum know whether these Companies still exist and, if so, how to contact them, please?

My ideas to help are typical:
*  Send a letter stating your interests and intentions Huh
*  Surf the key words..
         Here is a hit I hit on slide photographs available.
          --->  LDS Site.

*  Contact someone in Jerusalem Post Office to see if the box is still open
      Jerusalem's Central Post Office (tel. 1-700-500171)

The address is probably printed there for those who may want to obtain more similar product.

Thanks for your suggestions Dan and ones which I may have to pursue. Naturally, I always try the digital ways available before I have to rely on snail mail or whatever. I estimate that these slides are at least 30 years old which is why I thought that if by any chance we have an Israeli amongst us then an answer would be quick and reliable.

I get downloads from Israel - I'll ask in the show next week if nothing comes up here.

Thank you Rolf. There is another collection of slides of places in Rome, in cardboard mounts and labelled CINEFLASH -  Made in Italy. Any information would be most welcome.
